Introducing our first natural process coffee, from none other than Guji, Ethiopia. Hambela Buliye is both a farm and a processing site, managed by Kedir and Esmael Hassan. In addition to harvests from their farm, they also receive and process coffees from 200 registered farmers in the surrounding areas. They strictly produce natural process coffees, allowing them to be based in very high altitudes (2,150 - 2,200 masl) since they do not need continual access to a significant water source.
In the cup, berry-forward aromas give way to lively notes of stone fruit, clean acidity, and subtle hints of sweet cocoa.
