Bambito Estate

Originating from the Bambito Estate, this lush coffee is grown in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil along the Caldera River in Chiquiri Province, Panama. One unique feature of this washed coffee is that the mucilage is removed mechanically, which can result in some mucilage being left behind. This lends the beans a very subtle honey process-like characteristic.

In the cup we get a cocoa-forward note, with green apple acidity and toffee rounding it out. An approachable option for those who may be wanting a sweet and balanced flavor profile.
